Quartz components usually work in demanding environments — high temperature, corrosive chemistry, optical paths — where dimensional errors and surface defects cause real problems. Our quality approach is built around dimensional verification, visual inspection and traceable documentation.
Dimensional Inspection
Key dimensions — outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, length, flatness and slot spacing where applicable — are checked against the drawing or agreed specification before packing. Measurement methods and instruments are adapted to the tolerance class of each part; details are available on request. [Inspection Equipment List To Be Added]
Visual and Surface Inspection
Each part is visually inspected for chips, cracks, scratches and inclusions. For optical-grade parts, surface finish requirements are agreed with the customer at the quotation stage, since acceptable scratch-dig levels depend on the application.

Packaging
Quartz is hard but brittle. Parts are wrapped individually and packed with cushioning in reinforced cartons or crates. Export packing is designed for sea and air freight, and custom packing solutions are available for high-value components.
